Our expansion, which saw our workshop grow by over 300%, has not only enhanced efficiency but also provided dedicated spaces for different aspects of the renovation process.
Despite facing challenges in the blue-collar labor market, we're delighted to share that our workforce has increased by an impressive 20%, signaling positive change. This growth has allowed us to appoint a Finishing Manager, focusing solely on the crucial final 3% of each project. This attention to detail ensures that every space we complete meets our high-quality standards.
With newfound flexibility, we're excited to continue pushing the boundaries of design for our clients. Our commitment to crafting spaces tailored to the client, rather than an image, remains unwavering. This flexibility in our approach allows us to think outside the box, providing customized solutions that make every project unique.
